New York recording industry and music business heavies gathered at newly re-christened Power Station at BerkleeNYC, where Berklee presented it's "American Master Award" to Tony Bongiovi, founder of the original Power Station Studios. Bongiovi was recognized for his lifetime of work in the industry as a record producer and studio engineer, and for his groundbreaking studio design. BerkleeNYC Executive Director Stephen Webber and Grammy-winning musician/producer Nile Rodgers spoke in Bongiovi's honor.

Freda Payne (remember her song 'Band of Gold'?) was a part of the concert celebrating the launching of the David Gest foundation in London. Ms Payne explains that she will always "remember the times spent at David's home overlooking the Mississippi river in Memphis."

Jon Anderson is excited about 2018 as the "Yes featuring Jon Anderson, Trevor Rabin and Rick Wakeman" tour ends. His "Zamran" recording project is a work in progress with William James contribuiting background vocals...
